He has trained at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute for voice and late with Charles Michel for Voiceover work. In 2014 he was the live announcer for the VH1 You Oughta Know concert and in 2015 was the announcer for the Apple Music Festival London, airing on Apple Radio (Beats 1).

Tom Hatton previously hosted Sony’s TV global show In The Qube for the Animax network. Tom also worked with Warner Brothers for their web based segments for the Harry Potter Franchise. The interactive online segments were presented on YouTube in conjunction with the fourth Harry Potter movie. As an entertainment host Tom has worked with Sky TV and currently with YRB Magazine having interviewed Oscar winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr., Hip Hop icon Chuck D and music producer Bryan-Michael Cox. In 2014 he was the Live Announcer for the Vh1 You Oughta Know Live Concert featuring Nicole Richie and Alicia Keys
He trained in theater at The Old Vic Theatre in London and theater and film at The Lee Strasberg Institute in New York.
His US television roles include appearances on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Life on Mars for NBC. His first US television appearance was for AMCs Date Night which followed a similar format to dDinner and a date. He followed this with appearance on another date show: You Rock, Let’s Roll for FUSE TV.
In 2014, he appeared in major commercials for Head and Shoulders, Febreze and Budweiser for the 2014 Soccer World Cup.
